1. What day is better to hire?

You can start any day of the month. You have 30 calendar days to use your hours from the time you hire. If you finish your package before you can hire the additional hours you need.

2. How do you take care of customer information?

The information of all our clients is vital and confidential, so we take great care of it. We store the information in digital repositories with backup to which only each attendee has access. Through our recruitment process we integrate the best assistants. The entire Octhopus team signs and adheres to strict confidentiality agreements.

3. How is time counted?

We have a software to count the time per client / per activity. A report of your time is sent to you weekly. Only the time in which your assistant is 100% focused on your projects or assignments is counted, so you don't have to worry about downtime or distractions.

4. Can I change packages?

5. What are the opening hours?

Office hours are Monday through Friday from 9 am to 6 pm. If you are in another part of the world, we review it with you at the time of assigning your assistant, so that you know when he or she is online to assist you. Your assistant will not be available on weekends or local holidays, but for urgent care, you can contact us and we will find a way to support you. Our goal is that you always have the attention you need.

6. How is the communication?

Communication with your assistant can be by email, telephone, cell phone, Skype, WhatsApp, Slack, Google Hangouts, Monday, Trello or any other online app you are used to working with.

7. Can I ask for personal and work things?

Yes, the idea is to help you have more time. Ask for everything that takes up your time! And if you need to send something physical, we coordinate it with you.

8. What if I don't finish my package within 30 days?

Don't worry if you don't use all your minutes. In packages greater than 10 hours we accumulate up to 2 hours, which you can use with the renewal of your next package. Remember, we are flexible and you can upgrade or downgrade your package at any time.

9. Is there a forced deadline?

No. Although we are sure that our service will be of great help to you, if for any reason you wish to cancel you can do so without any penalty at any time.

10. Can I assign an email to my assistant?

Of course! Assigning an email from your business will make it more professional instead of writing from your @octhopus.com email
